Small store but has what you need in a small town.
I do not frequent this place very often, but when I do, the employees are either bothered, preoccupied or plain rude.The last three times I've been there, after each transaction, I'm always asked if I want a bag. Yes, I want a bag. I want a bag EVERY TIME. When I told the clerk I wanted a bag, she acted as if she was annoyed. She hastily bagged my purchase but sheepishly, did not give me my receipt. Heavily annoyed, I had to ask for my receipt. It doesn't matter if I buy $20 worth or $100 worth of alcohol. I should always be to able to have my purchases sacked and my receipt given WITHOUT having to ask for it. Prices are average, customer service is POOR and the clerks have zero personality. It is worth it to go the extra miles north to the Newcastle liquor stores. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND ENERGY AT LIQUOR 62!!
I don't know what the below review is about, but they are always super sweet when I come in! I don't get annoyed when they ask if I want a bag, sometimes I do and sometimes I don't and I don't expect them to know without me saying anything. Everything you need under one roof and great service!
